Our 980 sq. ft. two bedroom apartments include 1.5 baths, kitchenette, living/dining area, walk-in closet, patio/balcony and an emergency call system.
Amenities included in rent: All utilities (cable, electric, heat, trash, water, phone) except long distance, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, 24 hour emergency response, library, billiards, whirlpool and sauna, sundries shop, non-denominational worship service, and much more.

There is a $750.00 entrance fee per person.
Residents may choose to take 45 meals per month with a rent reduction of $100.00 per person. In addition to a full breakfast daily, which counts as a regular meal, a continental breakfast is available and does not count as one of the 45 meals. There is also an extra reduction for being gone 30 days or more. There is ample parking for Sentinel Pointe residents and their guests. Carports are available for $20.00 per month.
